My work speaks in a vernacular of regional New Zealand with a focus on the natural world. I explore the intimate narrative of family, connection and home, strongly influenced by the landscapes in which I lived. I have a fascination with the precarious nature of our existence and ideas around cultural history and consciousness of the human condition.
